We are delighted to announce that Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University is once more running the Postgraduate Diploma in International
Insolvency Law which is endorsed by INSOL International. This is a long distance learning course for those based in the emerging markets, small
practice professionals, and less experienced insolvency professionals(certain requirements need to be met regarding these categories). The course serves as
an introduction to international insolvency law. Details of the course can be found at https://

This year, INSOL is making 3 bursaries available. Those interested in applying for a bursary should write a short statement of between 250-500 words as to
why they think they should be awarded one of the bursaries. We would request that applications for the bursaries should be received no later than Friday 27 December 2013; with the successful applicants being informed by mid-January 2014.
